Our commitment to a zero-accident workspace, structured risk assessments, and rigorous QA/QC documentation.
On industrial sites, hazards are everywhere—from heavy cable reels to open trenches and high-voltage panels. We mandate 100% adherence to our safety manual: daily toolbox talks, pre-task checklists, site gas monitoring, and active Permit to Work (PTW) coordination.
Before starting any pull or termination, our engineering team submits comprehensive Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for consultant approval. We calculate cable sidewall pressure, structural load capacity, and tension limits to ensure zero damage to client assets.
We do not just install—we verify. Every joint, gland, and termination is logged, torque-tested, and double-checked by our QA/QC inspectors. Calibration certificates for all winches, torque wrenches, and testing meters are shared directly with the client.
